You’ve been guided to moments that are difficult to rationalize and you’re looking to “make sense” of it.
Integration is the practice of allowing the insights found in your experience to continue with your day to day. Often, a spiritual awakening or psychedelic experience can feel confusing with old patterns wanting to re-establish or root deeper. It can be scary or uncomfortable to notice these new insights and give yourself permission to align with them. I offer a container to explore without judgement or pathologizing.
Together we can:
Identify and decolonize what practices are meaningful to you
Please note, my approach is not one that centers on love and light or ego death. I am not here to impose my beliefs, have acknowledgement from an Elder, or claim to be a spiritual guide or shaman. Click here to read more about my therapy approach.
A spiritual awakening or remembering is not always related to experiences with medicine and a psychedelic experience is not always a spiritual awakening. Remembering and re-building a relationship with your intuitive gifts, spirits, guides, guardians, ancestors is a personal practice. My purpose is not to define your experiences or give a checklist. Rather, we can explore together and complicate the relationships to old patterns.
My hope is we navigate what feels safer for you, rather than taking a heroic or macrodose unprepared or as a miracle cure. I believe in a safer alternative and am experienced in supporting folx navigating shame and trauma. Preparation looks like introducing tools to assist with creating your setting: reading the nervous system, resource moments of joy, pleasure, or strength, engage with mindfulness practices, identifying a pod of support, and/or reprocess limiting beliefs. Integration looks like a continuation of preparation but with what is true for you now? We explore how to continue these new or remembered insights into the body.
I do not condone or promote the use of plant medicine, assist folx in finding how to access, sit or provide therapy while clients are under the influence. If you are looking for a trip sitter or needing support while under the influence please consider utilizing the Fireside Project Peer Support Line (62-FIRESIDE, 623-473-7433).
I support decriminalization and have a harm reduction approach with individuals when it comes to psychedelics. Meaning, I believe in medicine being with people over large corporations and licensing boards since the foundation of what we know about plant medicine is because of Indigenous folx. On an individual scale, I know folx will find medicine for reasons they’re called to.

Psychedelic substances have the potential to produce powerful and transformative experiences. However, these experiences can also be overwhelming and even traumatizing if not approached with care and intention. That’s why preparation and integration are so important.
Preparation involves taking steps to ensure that you are physically and mentally ready for a psychedelic experience. This might involve abstaining from certain substances, taking care of your physical health, and setting intentions for the experience.
Integration, on the other hand, involves incorporating insights and experiences from the psychedelic experience into your daily life. This might involve processing difficult emotions, making changes in your lifestyle, or seeking support from a mental health professional.
